I have been training with Stuart for nearly a year and always find him very supportive, professional and keen to make our training sessions enjoyable and fun.
My fitness has improved dramatically along with my personal motivation for exercise. When I go on holiday I have never been the type to take my trainers and use the hotels facilities, surprisingly this year I did! My body shape has changed too, much to the delight of my husband!
If I had to weigh up the benefits of 'personal training' versus 'joining a gym', Stu's PT sessions would win hands down every time. I've been a gym member for years in the past and my main obstacle has been motivation for actually going! When Stu knocks on the door....there is no excuse!
