Small Group Training
This is for those people that would like most of the benefits of one-to-one personal training (and in some cases more!) but at a fraction of the cost.
Groups will be sized between 4 and never more than 6 individuals. You will have your own bespoke programme to follow, which I will set up after your initial private consultation and functional movement screen.
So, you get a one-to-one session as well as 11 small group sessions, great value for money!
Exercise with like-minded, motivated people, under the close supervision of a professional, to make sure you're not just working hard, but with great quality too.
I'm there to make sure everyone executes their own programme perfectly.
