The aim is for me to help guide and coach you through a carefully structured plan of exercise.

It all starts with an informal consultation to see how I can help. We would usually have a chat about what you would like to achieve, whether you have any particular timescale, your previous exercise experiences, food/nutrition and any other lifestyle factors that could influence the results we strive for.

The next step is to find some baseline data so we can see how you're improving with some simple tests. None of the tests I use are invasive or stressful. Some body measurements such as waist and hip, height, weight and body composition can be checked along with some basic health checks e.g. blood pressure. Together this helps us to make sure we're doing the right things.

Then we get to the functional movement screen, designed for me to see how you move, which is important for exercise selection.

Once we've completed these we can get started with writing your programme and on the road to results and success!

The bottom line is, I want you to be healthy and happy.
