Functional Training Workshops

Starting on the 8th May at 2pm is the first of the Norwich Personal Training’s Functional Training Workshops at a venue to be confirmed!

The first workshop is designed to teach you how to train effectively at home or on holiday with minimal equipment, how to write your own exercise program and the tricks that experienced trainers use to make exercises and stretches more effective.

The workshop will consist of 2 hours of teaching plus a bonus hour to meet the trainers and get lots of one to one help.

Places are £55 and there will be reduced fees on personal training sessions booked on the day.

You will definitely learn a lot and use exercise equipment that your gym doesn’t have!

This is just the beginning of a range of workshops being developed for the public that teach what we learn on advanced courses. They will only be delivered by trainers with international (CSCS, ACSM) qualifications.

One of the ways to see what is current in mainstream fitness is to look on the sport/fitness isle at Tesco.

It appears that functional training is getting there, as they now sell two sizes of kettlebell! 5kg & 7.5kg.
